Transforming lives through effective treatments, education, advocacy and research.
Ending CRPS and chronic pain - requires all of us.
Ending CRPS and chronic pain - requires all of us.
We are dedicated to advancing access to quality care to help people suffering from a variety of debilitating conditions (CRPS, AMPS, Fibromyalgia, and other chronic pain conditions - stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma) through research, education, advocacy, and access to effective treatment(s).
The mission of the HCT Foundation is to save lives by meeting the most critical needs in our communities and investing in effective treatment and breakthrough research to prevent and cure Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and similar chronic pain diagnoses.
To change and improve lives.
We do this by providing effective treatment, conducting research to gain knowledge and develop new treatments, and providing educational opportunities for patients, families, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
To have the greatest impact, we have to raise funds to assist the underserved community of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) patients and those living with similar chronic pain diagnoses (fibromyalgia, phantom limb pain, central sensitization, amplified muscular pain syndrome, etc.) and co-existing conditions.
The foundation will also advance advocacy, awareness, effective treatment and research on CRPS, similar chronic pain diagnoses and co-existing conditions.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals, fund our mission, and save lives.
Ending CRPS and similar chronic pain diagnoses takes all of us.
Together we can make a difference.
